According
to the Shangyu Municipal Party Committee(2001)19th document,enterprises
in the industrial park can have preferential policies as below:
1,The income tax in the first 3 years will be totally reimbursed.
2,In the first 3 years,certain subsidy will be given to newcomers
of the Zhangzhen Industrial Park,according to their actual investment:0.8%
subsidy for 1-5 million investment in the year,1% for 5-10 million
investment in the year,1.2% for more than 10 million investment
in the year.
3,Enterprises in the park can use their land right cards in
mortgage.
4,Enterprises in the park have the priority to join the Shangyu
Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Assuring Association,and handle
the loan hypothecate.
5,Finance Affiliation System and Bank-Enterprise Meet system
are set up to enhance the credit service to enterprises in the
park.The enterprises have priority in handling the banker's acceptance
and discount;rediscount balance is done by business bill.
6,All possible assistances are available to all enterprises
in the park.Enterprises are encouraged to take part into the construction
of the industrial park.
7,Procedures such as applying for approving files and licenses
are expedited.After the investor signed the agreement and finished
the financing,the administrateve committee of the industrial park
will finish all other procedures for the investor.
8,Enterprises in the park can use the land in different forms,such
as becomes a shareholder,group rent using real estate mortgage,ete.There
are big discounts in land prices for enterprises in the park.The
price is expected to be 50-60 thousand per mu.Preserved land's
price is 60% of the normal price.To large-scale investments or
projects with high driving ability,the price is still negotiable.
9,Enterprises first set up in the park can enjoy sequenced convenient
service in project approval,registration in Administration for
Industry and Commerce,taxes management,foreign trade examination,and
municipal services.
10,When their children enters kindergartens or schools,the employees
in enterprises in the park are treated the same as citizens of
Zhangzhen Town.
11,If the enterprise belong to high-tech enterprises or has
provincial novel products,the preferential policies are still
negotiable.
